Branded Managed Server with guaranteed professional administration
The Managed Server service gives users a stable hardware solution based on branded SUN servers together with comprehensive administration and monitoring. The service can be fully adapted to the individual hardware and software needs of the client and mainly the administration regime. A team of specialists is continuously ready to respond to requirements or incidents and if the client is interested, they can be consulted on the future development of the system, both from the performance and application point of view. Therefore the customer transfers the responsibility and risks of purchasing and operating the server to Casablanca INT. The quality of each service variant is defined through a Service Level Agreement (SLA) and again the quality level can be adapted to the individual needs of the client. The servers are located in the internal data centre of Casablanca INT. Stable and secured conditions have been created in the centre, incl. oversized access to the domestic as well as foreign Internet environment. The infrastructure of Casablanca INT has also been certified for conformity to IPv6 requirements.
The high quality of the Managed Servers is also confirmed by the fact that the service won an award in the IT Product of 2010 Competition organized by Computerworld magazine.
